Finally have LID

We learned last Friday, 11/3, that our agency finally received our LID (log in date) which is October 12, 2006. This is the date that China logged in our dossier (large set of documents). It took them about a month since our dossier was in China on 9/12. Normally it would have been 1-2 weeks, but they are running behind--never fails. Anyway, now we just sit and wait on our travel approval. We were so hoping to travel in December, but the ways things have been going it looks like it will be in January.
